If you’ve been keeping an eye on the Methuen, MA real estate market, you’ll know it’s showing steady and healthy activity, especially for single-family homes. Let’s take a closer look at the latest stats:

Currently, there is 9 new listing as of 4/26/2025 and 127 single-family homes sold in Methuen from December 2024-April 2025. These homes offer an average living area of about 1,931 square feet, making them an excellent option for buyers looking for a comfortable amount of space.

The average list price is $594,843, which equals about $324 per square foot. Interestingly, homes in Methuen aren’t lingering too long on the market. On average, properties spend about 34 days on the market (DOM) before being sold, and offers are typically received within 23 days (DTO). This suggests a strong buyer demand and a relatively quick sales cycle.
